摘要 目的通过以数据为导向的PDCA质量持续改进活动,降低口腔科抗菌药物使用强度。方法按照PDCA戴明循环四大步骤进行P(计划)、D(执行)、C(检查)、A(行动)。分析造成抗菌药物使用强度超标的原因,探讨解决方案,并实施改善对策。结果开展以数据为导向的质量持续改进活动后,口腔科抗菌药物使用强度明显降低,由改善前的87 DDDs/百人天降低为34 DDDs/百人天。结论实施PDCA循环管理在规范口腔科抗菌药物使用中成效显著。 Objective To reduce the intensity of antimicrobial use in the stomatology department of our hospital through data-oriented quality continuous improvement (PDCA). Methods P (plan), D (do), C (check), A (action) are carried out according to the four steps of the PDCA Deming cycle. Analyze the causes of excessive use of antimicrobial agents, explore solutions and implement improvement measures. Results After developing data-oriented quality improvement activities (PDCA), the intensity of antimicrobial use in the stomatology department was significantly reduced from 87DDDs/100 (before improvement) to 34 DDDs/100(after improvement).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management in the regulation of the use of antibacterial drugs achieved remarkable results.
