同期新辅助放化疗治疗局部进展期直肠癌的临床效果研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究同期新辅助放化疗治疗局部进展期直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取局部进展期直肠癌患者102例,将患者随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组51例患者实施同期新辅助放化疗治疗后,对患者进行手术治疗,对照组51例患者直接实施手术治疗。结果观察组局部进展期直肠癌患者的并发症发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组局部进展期直肠癌患者的术后住院时间(8.21±1.01)d、局部复发率9.80%优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对局部进展期直肠癌患者实施同期新辅助放化疗治疗,取得显著效果,能降低并发症,缩短住院时间,减少患者局部复发率。
