摘要
针对现有高频注入法估计永磁同步电机转子位置信号处理过程中信噪比低、相位滞后大等缺陷,提出一种用纯延时滤波器在静止坐标系下提取高频电流,在高频注入电压同步坐标系下提取负序高频电流,估计转子位置的设计方法,在此基础上,给出一种根据最小闭环谐振峰值设计准则设计锁相环参数的方法 ,且根据高频负序电流的幅值对位置误差信号进行标准化处理,克服了高频负序电流幅值变化对锁相环性能的影响。最后通过IPMSM无位置传感器矢量控制实验平台,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
Considering the disadvantages in the signal processing of rotor positions in aninterior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) using the existing high-frequency signal injection method, such as low signal-to-noise ratio and phase lag, a new design method based on time-delay filter is proposed to estimate the rotor positions, in which high- frequency current is extracted in a stationary frame while negative-sequence high-frequency current is extracted in a synchronous reference frame with high-frequency voltage injection. On this basis, the parameter design method of phase- locked loop(PLL) is put forward according to the minimal closed-loop resonance peak values. To overcome the adverse im-pact of the variation of negative-sequence high-frequency current's magnitude on the performance of PLL, the position error signal is normalized with respect to the amplitude of high-frequency negative-sequence current. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified on an experimental platform with sensorless IPMSM vector control.
