摘要
目的探讨低辐射剂量联合低对比剂剂量在64排CT头颅血管成像中的应用。方法 80例头颅CT血管造影(CTA)检查者,随机分成两组,各40例,分别采用常规方案和低辐射剂量联合低对比剂剂量方案行头颅CTA检查。结果两组方案的对比剂用量和不同辐射剂量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);所得图像质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双低剂量组显著减少了受检患者的对比剂用量和辐射的剂量,减少了辐射伤害和对比剂的潜在危害,具有较大的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application of double-low dose in 64-sprial CT angiography of head. Methods 80 patients underwent 64-sprial CT angiography of head and were divided into double-low dose group and conventional dose, with 40 patients in each group according to the different dose of contrast medium and dose of radiation used. Results It was significantly lower in double-low dose group than in conventional dose group(P 〈 0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the attenuation values and reconstructed image quality of arteries between the two groups(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion With low-dose contrast medium injected and low-dose radiation, 64-sprial CT angiography of head can guarantee the image quality, meanwhile, it may reduce the toxicity of contrast medium and the dose of radiation, and have an important potential in clinical applications.
