浅析《雨夜物语》对中国白话小说的改编——以《菊花之约》和《范巨卿鸡黍死生交》为例

Analysis on the Adaptation of Chinese Vernacular Novels in The Tales of a Pale and Mysterious Moon after the Rain——Case Study on The Promise of Chrysanthemum and The Death Appointment of Fan Juqing

上田秋成的《雨夜物语》一书由9个短篇小说组成,几乎都受到了中国小说的影响。《菊花之约》是中国白话小说《范巨卿鸡黍死生交》(冯梦龙)的翻案,将两部作品加以比较,有许多相似之处,但是改写的部分也有很多。本文旨在通过比较两部小说,结合日本的社会文化,分析《菊花之约》对《范巨卿鸡黍死生交》的改写。

The Tales of a Pale and Mysterious Moon after the Rain of Akinari Ueda is composed of 9 short stories, most of which were influenced by Chinese novels. The Promise of Chrysanthemum is the refurbished version of The Death Appointment of Fan Juqing(Feng Menglong). Comparing the two works, a lot of similarities can be found, as well as a lot of adaptions. This paper is aimed to compare the two novels, and analyze the adaptation of The Death Appointment of Fan Juqing in The Promise of Chrysanthemum combined with Japanese social culture analysis.
