维汉民族团结一家亲“镇平现象”探析

Analysis on the "Zhenping Phenomenon" of Harmony Relationship between Han Nationality and Uygur Nationality

随着我国社会转型的加速,大量的维吾尔族群众从和田、阿克苏、哈密等地流入河南省镇平县,该县成为除新疆外内地维吾尔族较多的地区之一。镇平县在民族团结工作实践中探索形成了民族交融一家亲的"镇平现象"。本文结合维吾尔族跨区域流动的时代背景,在探讨少数民族流入地民族团结工作的重要性的基础上,总结了镇平民族团结工作的经验,以期能为全国其它散杂居地区民族团结工作的更好开展提供理论参考和实践借鉴。

With the social transformation of China, a large number of Uygur people migrated from Hetian, Aksu, Hami and other places to the Zhenping County of Henan Province, and the county has become one of the areas with many Uygurs in the inland except Xinjiang. Zhenping County has gradually formed the ＂Zhenping Phenomenon＂ of harmony relationship between Han Nationality and Uygur Nationality in the practice of national unity work. This paper combined the era background of the Uygur＇s cross regional flow, summarized the experience in national unity work of Zhenping County, on the basis of discussing the importance of national unity work in the destinations of the minority nationalities, to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the better implementation of national unity work in other scattered areas in China.
