摘要
随着我国制造业的发展,焊接机械手在主要应用领域的汽车及汽车零部件制造业的装配量快速增长上升;但是在制冷压力容器领域几乎还是很少,传统的焊接方法依然占据80%以上,主要还是由于焊接机械手对前序的组队工艺要求高;将焊接机械手引入制冷压力容器领域,可以显著提高焊接质量,提高生产率,把工人从恶劣的作业环境中解放出来。
With the development of China's manufacturing industry,the assembly volume of welding robots in the majorapplication fields of automobile and auto parts manufacturing industry has risen rapidly;however, there are still almost few in thefield of refrigeration pressure vessels,and the traditional welding methods still occupy more than 80% Mainly due to weldingrobots on the process of pre-order team formation high; the welding robot into the refrigeration pressure vessel field,cansignificantly improve the welding quality, increase productivity, the workers from the harsh operating environment liberated.
