摘要 目的探究分析自体脂肪移植在隆胸术中的应用及预后。方法选取2009年1月至2016年12月我院收治的自体脂肪移植隆胸术患者40例为研究对象,并选择不同部位肿胀法提取脂肪粒,选择Lipokit自体脂肪移植机进行纯化,并选择扇形多层次线性注射,研究自体脂肪移植的具体运用及预后。结果 40例患者中,均达到隆胸的目的,且所有患者乳房形态自然,乳头、乳晕功能正常。其中1例患者出现脂肪液化、1例脂肪团块。6个月、12个月后随访,患者满意度为95%。结论自体脂肪移植在隆胸术中应用效果理想,预后较好,并发症低,值得临床进一步推广实践。 Objective To explore the application and prognosis of autologous fat transplantation in breast augmentation. Selection Methods Between January 2009 and December 2009, our hospital of 40 patients with breast augmentation autologous fat transplantation as the research object, and choose diferent parts of the swelling method to extract the fat granule, choose Lipokit autologous fat transplantation machine to carry on the purification, and select the multi-level linear injection sector, the concrete application of autologous fat transplantation and prognosis. Results All the 40 patients achieved breast augmentation, and all the patients had normal breast form, and the nipple and areola were normal. One of the patients showed fat liquefaction and 1 case of cellulite. After 6 months and 12 months follow-up, the patient satisfaction was 95%. Conclusion The application of autologous fat transplantation in breast augmentation is ideal, with good prognosis and low complication.
