带蒂岛状皮瓣移植术对外耳道良性肿物切除后修复效果观察

Effect of pedicled island flap transplantation on the repair of external auditory canal benign tumor after excision

目的探讨带蒂岛状皮瓣移植术在外耳道良性肿物切除后修复中的应用价值。方法选择2015年12月-2016年12月我院接受外耳道良性肿物切除治疗患者70例,采用随机数表法分为2组,各35例。对照组患者单纯进行手术切除,观察组联合带蒂岛状皮瓣移植术,比较两组临床疗效、修复效果,并进行案例评价。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者耳缺损上皮化时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1d,观察组耳甲腔与耳轮廓温度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7d,两组耳甲腔与耳轮廓温度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对外耳道良性肿物切除治疗患者,联合带蒂岛状皮瓣移植可改善治疗效果,缩短缺损上皮化时间,维护耳美观。

Objective To explore the value of pedicled island fap transplantation in the repair of external auditory canal benign tumor after resection. Methods from December 2015 -2016 year in December in our hospital to accept canal benign tumor resection in 70 patients, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 35 cases in each. The patients in the control group were simply excised and the observation group combined with the pedicle island flap transplantation to compare the clinical effect and repair effect of the two groups. Results the total efective rate of observation group was higher than the control group, but no signifcant diference between the groups （P 〈 0.05）; observation group of patients with ear defect epithelization time shorter than the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant（P 〈 0.05）; 1D after the operation, the observation group of concha and the form of temperature is higher than the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant（P 〈 0.05）; 7d after operation, two groups of concha compared with the form of temperature, there was no statistically signifcant diference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion for the patients with benign external ear tumor resection, combined pedicled island flap transplantation can improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the time of epithelialization and maintain the ear aesthetics.
