烧伤整形患者的心理应激状态及心理引导的作用

Psychological stress status of patients undergoing burn and plastic surgery and the effects of psychological guidance

目的探讨烧伤整形患者的心理应激状态及心理引导的作用。方法选择2014年5月至2016年5月我院收治的头面部烧伤患者196例,分为对照组(n=98)和观察组(n=98),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理引导,2个月后测评比较两组患者护理前、后SCL-90症状自评量表评分及依从性。结果观察组患者护理后SCL-90评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性好比率66.33%显著高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论心理引导可以有效改善烧伤整形患者心理应激状态。

Objective To investigate the psychological stress status of patients undergoing burn and plastic surgery and the efects of psychological guidance. Methods 196 cases of patients with head and face burns treated in our hospital during May 2014 to May 2016 were selected. By the random number table method, they were divided into the control group （n=98） and the observation group （n=98）. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given psychological guidance on the basis of nursing in the control group. 2 months later, the scores of symptom checklist （SCL-90） and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, SCL-90 score of the observation group was signifcantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The rate of good compliance in the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （66.33% vs 50.00%） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological guidance can efectively improve the psychological stress status in patients undergoing burn and plastic surgery.
