烧伤创面愈合后皮肤的美容护理研究

目的探讨烧伤创面愈合后皮肤的美容护理方法与应用效果。方法选取2015年9月一2017年9月期间在本院治疗的77例烧伤患者,随机分为对照组(39例)和观察组(38例)。烧伤创面愈合后,对照组实施常规美容护理措施(局部处理、健康指导等),观察组开展精细化美容护理,对比分析两组患者创面美容效果,并观察两组增生性瘢痕厚度改善情况。结果烧伤创面美容效果:观察组为84.21%(32/38),对照组为66.67%(26/39),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。烧伤创面愈合后,两组增生性瘢痕厚度相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);干预1个月、2个月、3个月后,观察组增生性瘢痕厚度(6.31±2.34 mm、4.42±2.63 mm、2.31±0.84 mm)显著低于对照组(7.91±3.73 mm、6.92±2.49 mm、4.65±1.31 mm),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者创面愈合后尽早采取精细化的美容护理干预措施,可有效改善局部皮肤美容效果,有助于减轻患者心理负担,临床应用效果良好。

Objective To investigate the method and efect of cosmetic treatment of skin after burn wound healing. Methods 77 cases of burn patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group （39 cases） and observation group （38 cases）. After burn wound healing, the control group received routine beauty care measures （local treatment, health guidance, etc.）. The observation group carried out fne cosmetic care. The cosmetic efect of the two groups was compared and the improvement of the two groups of hypertrophic scar thickness was observed. Results The cosmetic efect of burn wounds was 84.21% （32/38） in the observation group and 66.67% （26/39） in the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no signifcant diference in the thickness of hypertrophic scars between the two groups （P 〉 0.05） after healing of burn wounds. The thickness of hypertrophic scars （6.31 ± 2.34 mm, 4.42 ± 2.63 mm, 2.31 ± 0.84 mm） were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （7.91 ± 3.73 mm, 6.92 ± 2.49 mm, 4.65 ± 1.31 mm, respectively） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Meticulous cosmetology nursing interventions should be taken as early as possible after burn wound healing. It can efectively improve the cosmetic efect of local skin, help relieve the psychological burden of patients, and has good clinical application efect.
