主要通过对上海市农村环境卫生保洁员历史沿革的梳理,将当前农村保洁员的基本状况信息,如人员性质、工资收入、文化程度、年龄结构和工种等方面进行了初步分析,并指出存在的问题,希望引起相关管理部门的重视,并能综合施策,创新保洁员的管理模式。

Through reviewing the historical evolution of Shanghai rural sanitation worker, the paper analyzed the basicsituation of the current rural cleaner information, such as position, wage and income, educational level, age structure andtype of work, and pointed out the existing problems, in order to draw the attention of the relevant administrativedepartment, and innovate the management mode by comprehensive measures.
