摘要
以新疆野生牛蒡种子为试验材料,观察其形态特征,研究种子千粒质量、密度、孔隙度、吸胀和萌发特性及耐盐性。结果表明,新疆野生牛蒡种子大小为6.04 mm×2.79 mm,千粒质量为10.4 g,容重为431.80 g·L^(-1),密度和孔隙度分别为65%,35%;吸水过程大体上分为急剧吸水(Ⅰ)—平稳吸水(Ⅱ)—吸水饱和(Ⅲ)3个阶段,种子的萌发率为47.3%;当盐浓度高于60 mmol·L^(-1)时,牛蒡种子对盐比较敏感,其种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均随着盐浓度的不断增加而减小。
The wild burdock seeds in Xinjiang were employed as the experimental materials to observe the morphological characteristics and analyze thousand kernels weight, density, porosity, imbibition and germination characteristics, and salt tolerance of the seeds.The results showed that the seed size of wild burdock in Xinjiang was 6.04 mm -2.79 mm, thousand kernels weight was 1.04 g, andthe volume- quality was 431.80g·L-1. The density and porosity were 65% and 35%, respectively. Water absorption process was generally divided into three phases Rapid water absorption (Phase I) - Stable water absorption (Phase II)- Saturated Water absorption(Phase III). The seed germination rate was 47.3%. Wild burdock seeds were more sensitive to salt stress when the salt concentrationwas higher than 60 mmol·L-1, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the seeds decreased with theincrease of salt concentration.
