摘要
以收集到的30份重庆市普通菜豆种质资源为研究对象,通过对各菜豆品种的10种形态标记进行调查赋值,利用平方欧氏距离和组间联接法对数据进行聚类分析,结果表明:供试材料可分为4类群,其中,Ⅰ类有7个品种,Ⅱ类有11个品种,Ⅲ类有9个品种,Ⅳ类有3个品种;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类群长势较强,亲缘关系较近,而Ⅳ类群长势较弱,与其它3类亲缘关系较远;各资源中平方欧氏距离最远的为15和3,最近的为120和122。
The experiment was conducted with 30 kinds of common bean germplasm resources collected from Chongqing, and 10 kindsof morphological markers of all the common been were investigated, and the clustering analysis was performed on the survey data byusing the square Euclidean distance and the intergroup connection method. The results showed that the materials could be divided into 4 groups. Group I, II, III, and IV had 7, had 11, had 9, and3 varieties, respectively. Group I, II, III had strong growth momentumand near relationships, while group IV had weak growth momentum, and the relationship was relatively distant from the other threegroups. The maximum Euclidean distance in each resource was 15 and 3, while the shortest was 120 and 122.
