摘要
为了解在红小豆结荚时期进行叶面喷施烯效唑(S3307)对叶片生理代谢和籽粒产量的影响,以吉红9号红小豆品种为试验材料,设置0,15,30,45 mg·L^(-1) 4个浓度处理,结荚期叶面喷施S3307后测定叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)和净光合速率(Pn),过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)3种保护酶的活性,以及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,红小豆结荚时期叶面喷施适宜浓度的S3307,叶片水分利用效率(WUE)和净光合速率(Pn)显著提高,POD,SOD和CAT活性显著增强,MDA含量显著降低;单株粒质量、百粒质量及籽粒产量均显著增加。说明结荚时期叶面喷施适宜浓度S3307能够促进叶片生理代谢,提高产量,其最佳喷施浓度为30 mg·L^(-1)。
In order to study the effects of spraying uniconazole on physiological characteristics and grain yield of adzuki bean, the experiment was conducted with Jihong 9 of adzuki bean variety, and 4 different uniconazole concentrations(0, 15, 30, 45 mg·L^(-1)) were set. After spraying uniconazole at podding stage, the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and transpiration rate(Tr), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) activities, and malondialdehyde(MDA) content and grain yield were measured. The results showed that spraying uniconazole at suitable concentration on podding stage, could increased the leaf Pn, water use efficiency(WUE), SOD, POD and CAT activity significantly, also increased 100 grain weight, grain weight per plant and grain yield significantly, while decreased MDA content significantly. Therefore, spraying uniconazole at podding stage could promote the physiological metabolism of leaves, and improve the yield, and the optimum concentration of spraying was 30 mg·L^(-1).
