摘要 以巷道掘进混合式通风技术规范为标准,针对掘进工作面粉尘浓度大危害大的难题,设计出基于涡流控风理论的能够对掘进面产尘点进行有效控制的一套除尘系统。与长压短抽除尘系统相比,该系统由于其除尘风机的吸风量为巷道供风量的80%,同时结合附壁风筒的使用,总粉尘除尘效率达到80%以上,除尘风机的效率达到95.8%,大大提高了控尘效率。 According to the standard of the technical specification of the mixed ventilation in the drainage and the problem of tunneling working face dust concentration harm large, design a set of dedusting system control of swirl wind theory can effectively control the heading face based on dust. Compared with the long short pressure pumping dust removal system, because the system of air suction the dust removal fan for tunnel air supply in 80%, combined with the use of air duct, the total dust removal efficiency reached above 80%, the efficiency of dust removal fan reached95.8%, greatly improving the efficiency of dust collection.
