摘要
针对数控火焰切割机的实际应用情况对数控切割质量的不同影响因素进行深入分析,并结合实际情况提出有针对性的解决措施。与此同时,针对不同板厚、带孔零件以及其他一些细长件,研究其切割质量的有效控制措施。
This paper analyzes the influence of different factors in view of the practical application of NC flame cutting machine for CNC cutting quality, combined with the actual situation, put forward the countermeasures. At the same time, according to the different thickness, parts with holes and other thin pieces, effective control measures on the cutting quality.
