Based on the working environment and wear condition of mechanical bearings, this paper introduces the analysis methods of wear failure of mechanical bearings, such as macro analysis, micro analysis, clastic analysis, skin analysis and so on, from the production process of mechanical bearings, from maintenance, management, procurement and other aspects of mechanical bearing wear prevention measures.
