This paper analyzes the optimization process of fully mechanized mining, and from the optimization of fully mechanized process, improving the management level and strengthen the management of fully mechanized roof and so on, studies on the measures of improving the yield of fully mechanized working face in order to effectively improve the yield of fully mechanized working face.
