The capacity of the teachers in higher vocational schools is key to improving teaching quality,which is one of the most serious deficiency in teacher training. The leadership of teachers plays an important role in professional development. The contents and function of teacher leadership will be discussed in this article. The procedures of leadership improvement including training,the improvement of management and motivation will also be given to strengthen the cultivation of teachers.
