知信行模式在护士内窥镜清洗消毒培训中的应用效果评价

Application of KAP model on the training of endoscope cleaning and sterilizing

目的探讨知信行模式在护士内窥镜清洗消毒培训中的效果。方法以宿迁市第一人民医院消毒供应中心和内镜中心护士为研究对象,比较实施知信行模式培训前(2016年3月至2016年8月)和培训后(2016年9月至2017年2月),护士内窥镜清洗消毒实践能力评分、内窥镜清洗合格率以及护理工作质量满意度。结果共入组34名护士,18名接受知信行模式培训(观察组),16名接受常规培训(对照组)。实施知信行模式培训后,护士内窥镜清洗消毒实践能力评分提高,内窥镜清洗合格率提高,护理工作质量满意度提升,实施前后比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心和内镜中心护士内窥镜清洗消毒培训中实施知信行模式,有助于提高护士内窥镜清洗消毒能力。

Objective To explore the effect of knowledge,attitude,belief,practice( KAP) model on nurses training of endoscope cleaning and sterilizing. Methods The nurses from the central sterile supply department and endoscopy center in Suqian First Hospital were selected to receive the training of KAP. The scores of endoscope cleaning and the satisfaction rates before and after the application of KABP model in nurse training werer compared. Results Through the application of KAP model in the nurse training,the scores of endoscope cleaning and the satisfaction rates were increased significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The performance of the KABP model was good for the improvement of practical capacity of endoscope cleaning and sterilizing in nurses training.
