压电薄壳结构的形状主动控制研究

摘要 随着卫星、空间站等航天器日趋大型化、复杂化和高精度化,迫切需要研究采用形状控制的空间薄壳结构航天器,解决在火箭运载舱的空间限制下,实现其较高形状精度的大型航天器空间结构设计问题。针对压电薄壳结构设计形状主动控制算法,借助于Abaqus软件对压电薄壳结构进行形状主动控制仿真,研制压电薄壳结构形状主动控制系统的地面演示样机和实验平台,研究结果表明,其形状控制率达到80.00%以上。 As satellites,space stations and other spacecrafts becoming larger and more complicated with higher precision,it is urgently needed to study the shape control of thin-shell spacecraft structures so that the space structure design of large spacecraft with higher shape precision is solved under the space limitation of the rocket carrier cabin.According to the design of an active shape control algorithm of the piezoelectric thin-shell structures,with the help of Abaqus software for active shape control simulations on the piezoelectric thin shell structures,and the ground demonstration prototype and the experimental platform for the active control system of the piezoelectric shell structure are developed.The experimental results show that the shape control rate reached more than 80.00%.
