针对注水开发油田后期的中高含水期生产、生产效益低、水驱控制程度低、增油效果差、层间干扰等问题,对榆108-52X井产液产油的突然下降从注采关系、吸水剖面、地层连通以及示功图这4个方面进行了分析,而后建议分层注水,加强不吸水层;用调堵来控制强吸水层吸水强度;分层改造,改善吸水剖面;补孔完善,打开榆108-52x井未动用油层。通过"一井一法"管理,保证榆108-52X井平稳生产。
