摘要 当看到不锈钢表面出现锈斑或锈点的时候,人们都会感到困惑:认为"不锈钢是不应该生锈的,生锈就不是纯正的不锈钢,材质可能有问题"。这是对不锈钢了解不深,所产生的错误认识,其实不锈钢在一定的环境或工况下也会产生锈蚀。所制造的加氢反应器也因不锈钢堆焊层生锈问题多次被客户质疑,甚至被要求做材质的光谱分析,给企业造成一定负面影响及经济损失。这些问题都警醒我们应注意制造过程中不锈钢污染锈蚀的发生,尤其是常被提到,但在生产实际操作中却很容易被忽视的铁离子污染问题。 When you see the rust or rust spots appeared on the surface of stainless steel,People are confused:It is believed that“stainless steel should not be rusty,”Rust is not pure stainless steel,There may be a problem with the material. This is not a deepunderstanding of the stainless steel,The misconceptions produced,In fact,stainless steel will also rust in a certain environment orworking condition. The hydrogenation reactor is also questioned by customers many times because of stainless steel surfacing layer rust.Even required to do the spectral analysis of the material,It will cause certain negative influence and economic loss to the enterprise.These problems alert us that we should pay attention to the corrosion of stainless steel in the process of manufacturing. Especially oftenmentioned,However,it is easy to ignore the problem of iron ion pollution in the actual operation.
