化工装置内管廊是装置的重要组成部分,起到串联装置中各设备,支承装置内管线、电气桥架、电信仪表桥架,提供操作及检维修平台等作用。合理的管廊布置设计,不仅能使整个装置的布置整齐划一、管线布置顺畅;便于设备、管道的施工安装,同时便于后期运行的操作、维护,降低工程项目的建造及运营成本。

The pipe rack is an important part of the chemical plant who plays the role of connecting with the equipment,thepipeline,the electric cable tray and the instrument cable tray.The reasonable layout of pipe rack can not only make sure all kinds ofdevice be arranged neatly,but also can make convenience for the operation and maintenance. At the same time,reasonable layout ofpipe rack can reduce the construction and operation cost of the project.
