摘要
某石化新增减粘塔项目改造之前因裂解气管线的裂解气大阀、清焦阀经常出现卡涩、开关不畅而造成不能正常清焦工作。针对这种情况,从双闸板阀结构强度、法兰面荷载要求、设备管口受力要求、管道柔性等方面进行应力分析,并提出改进管道走向,修改阀门支撑形式等措施,在实际运行中得到验证可行。
A petrochemical viscosity reducing tower retrofit project had been hard to operate normal decoking frequently dueto usual jamming of the double disc gate valves of transfer line and decoking line. At this situation, the paper did stress analysis frombelow aspects including the structural strength and flange face’s allowable load of the double disc gate valves, the allowable load ofequipment nozzles, piping flexibility and so on. The paper proposed to improve the pipeline run, modify the support form of the valves, etc. It proved the feasibility during the actual running at site.
