制氢装置低负荷多产除氧水外供可行性分析及实施方案 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析本厂制氢装置低负荷运行和能耗情况,综合阐述了装置由于低负荷运行时锅炉上水泵易憋压和中变低温热未回收彻底的问题,提出利用中变气低温热多产除氧水的方案。 This paper describes the issue that the boiler is easy to hold down and the medium variable gas heat is not recoveredthoroughly due to the low load operation of the hydrogen production plant by analyzing the low load operation and energyconsumption. The plan is offered that using the low temperature heat from the medium gas to produce more deoxidization water.
