摘要 采用微乳液法制备二硫化钼,通过高温退火法使二硫化钼具有片层结构,用十二烷基硫醇对片层二硫化钼进行表面修饰,制得纳米钼添加剂。在液态润滑剂中加入纳米钼添加剂,用于定向井润滑。钻井液中润滑剂加量在1.5%时,单根滑动钻速提高80%以上,平均滑动钻速提高50%以上。 Molybdenum disulfide was prepared by microemulsion method. The molybdenum disulfide has lamellar structure viahigh temperature annealing,and nano molybdenum additive was prepared by surface modification of sheet molybdenum disulfidewith twelve alkyl mercaptan. Nano molybdenum additive was added into liquid lubricant for directional well lubrication. When theamount of lubricant added in drilling fluid reaches 1.5%,the single slip drilling rate is increased by more than 80%,and the averagesliding drilling speed is increased by more than 50%.
