碳钢和低合金钢制压力容器封头冷成形后需要进行热处理,但采用哪种热处理方法以及是否需要制备母材热处理试件,存在不同的理解和做法。本文将通过相关法规、标准条文的分析讨论,厘清消除应力热处理和恢复材料性能热处理两种不同热处理方法,并提出相关试件的制备要求。
The heads of pressure vessel made with carbon steel and low alloy steel need heat treatment after cold forming,butthere is different understanding and practice about which heat treatment method and whether to prepare the heat treatment parts ofbase metal. This paper describes two different heat treatment methods,stress relief heat treatment and recovery of material propertiesby analysis to the relevant regulations and standards. The preparation requirements of the parts are offered as well.
