摘要 分析HTPB和NEPE固体推进剂化学老化原理,确定推进剂老化释放的HCl和O_2作为监测对象,采用电化学气体检测仪搭建电化学传感器的气氛监测系统,对三种气氛贮存的HTPB推进剂和NEPE推进剂进行加速老化实验和气氛监测实验,研究老化产生的特征气体HCl和O_2的变化情况以及不同气氛对两种推进剂老化的影响。监测结果表明充氮更利于HTPB的贮存,NEPE在高温加速老化21天后产生的特征气体HCl含量呈指数加速增长。 Analysis the aging chemical principle of HTPB and NEPE propellant,determine the propellant ageing release gas HCl and O_2 as monitoring objects,using electrochemical gas detector to build the atmosphere of the electrochemical sensor monitoring system,take the three kinds of mood stored HTPB propellant and NEPE propellant and atmosphere monitoring accelerated aging experiment,the study of the characteristics of aging produce HCl gas and the change of O_2 and the influence of different atmosphere on the two kinds of propellant ageing. Monitoring results show that nitrogen filled in favor of the storage of the HTPB and NEPE propellant characteristics of gas in high temperature accelerated aging after 21 days HCl content accelerated exponentially.
