氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定电镀废水中的铅

摘要 考察了增敏剂、还原剂和载流液对氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定电镀废水中铅的影响,确定了以0.2%(体积分数)的100 g/L铁氰化钾溶液作为增敏剂,还原剂为含有0.5%氢氧化钾和1.0%硼氢化钾的溶液,载流液为1.5%(体积分数)的盐酸溶液。该方法的铅检出限为0.045μg/L,加标回收率为98.5%~100.3%。 The effects of sensitizer, reducing agent and carrier solution on determination of Pb in electroplating wastewater by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry were studied. The sensitizer was determined to be a 100 g/L potassium ferricyanide solution with a dosage of 0.2vol.%. The reducing agent is 0.5% KOH + 1.0% KBH4 solution. The carrier solution is composed of 1.5vol.% hydrochloric acid. The method has a detection limit of lead as low as 0.045 μg/L and a recovery ranging from 98.5% to 100.3%.
