摘要 采用蓖麻油、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、KH570改性的纳米ZnO、SiC微粉、钛白粉等物质制备了一种适合涂装碳纤维板材的聚氨酯色漆。探讨了TDI、改性纳米ZnO和SiC的添加量对漆膜性能的影响。得到色漆的最佳配方(质量分数)为:TDI 12.0%,三羟甲基丙烷3.0%,蓖麻油36.0%,钛白粉5.0%,改性纳米ZnO 1.5%,SiC微粉6.0%,助剂1.0%,二甲苯15.0%~25.0%,醋酸丁酯15.0%。将所制聚氨酯色漆涂覆在用中车475活性剂处理过的碳纤维板材上,漆膜的附着力为6.21 MPa,且耐酸性、耐碱性、耐水性和柔韧性较好,150℃高温处理48 h不发生起皱、脱皮等现象,达到了中车涂装技术标准,适合工业化作业。 A polyurethane paint applicable to carbon fiber sheet was prepared from castor oil and toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) with KH570-modified nano-ZnO, SiC micro-powder, and titania. The effects of the amounts of TDI, modified nano- ZnO and SiC on properties of its film were studied. The optimal formulation of the paint was obtained as follows: TDI 12.0wt.%, trimethylolpropane 3.0wt.%, castor oil 36.0wt.%, titania 5.0wt.%, modified nano ZnO 1.5wt.%, SiC powder 6.0wt.%, auxiliary agents 1.0wt.%, xylene 15.0-25.0wt.%, and butyl acetate 15.0wt.%. The polyurethane paint was coated on the surface of carbon fiber sheet treated previously by CRRC-475 activator. The film obtained therefrom has an adhesion strength of 6.21 MPa, and good performance in the tests of acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, and flexibility. The film does not wrinkle or peel off after being heated at 150 °C for 48 h. All results reaches the CRRC technical standards for painting, showing that the paint is suitable for industrialization.
