摘要
鉴于重型车辆车架电泳质量的评价方法单一,将模糊评价理论引入车架电泳评价体系中以提高结果的准确性。通过建立模糊评级数学模型,选取评价要素,定义评价等级,以及确定因素权重系数,用实例说明如何对车架电泳质量进行综合评价。
In view of the evaluation method for electrophoresis quality of heavy vehicle frame is not comprehensive, the fuzzy evaluation theory was introduced into the evaluation system to make the result more accurate. Through establishing a fuzzy mathematical model for rating, selecting the elements of evaluation, defining different grades, and determining the weighting coefficient of each element, the comprehensive evaluation of electrophoresis quality was described with an example.
