随着我国全面改革的深化,发展理念的转变,产业结构的调整,互联网经济的涌现,工伤保险制度正面临着诸多新的挑战。按照十九大提出的社会保障兜底线、织密网、建机制的要求,应建立与经济发展水平相适应的工伤保险待遇保障机制,提供多元化职业伤害保障。加强以工伤待遇补偿为主体、以工伤预防、工伤康复为两翼的三位一体的工伤保险制度体系建设,完善科学待遇结构与标准、建立科学的工伤康复、工伤预防运行机制。

With the deepening of China＇s comprehensive reform, the transformation of development concept, the adjustment of industrial structure and the emergence of the Internet economy, the industrial injury insurance system is facing many new challenges. We should establish a safeguard mechanism for work-related injury insurance that is suitable for economic development level, and provide diversi？ ed occupational injury protection. We should strengthen the construction of a three in one industrial injury insurance system based on the compensation for industrial injury and work injury prevention and industrial injury rehabilitation. We should improve the structure and standard of scienti？ c treatment, and establish a scienti？ c operation mechanism for industrial injury rehabilitation and work-related injury prevention.
