摘要
超声导波具有检测效率高的特点,广泛应用在管道的检测中。超声导波在直管部位有较好的检测效果,但在弯管检测中效果不佳。文章模拟了纵向L(0,2)模态导波在弯管中的传播,分析导波在过弯管后的模态变化,验证了纵向模态的超声导波具备检测压力弯管的能力,并为实际检测信号分析提供依据。
Ultrasonic guided wave has the characteristic of high detection efficiency, and is widely used in pipeline inspection. Ultrasonic guided wave has better detection effect in straight pipe, but it has poor effect in elbow detection. In this paper, the propagation of L(0,2) mode guided wave in curved pipes is simulated, and the changes of guided wave mode after elbow are analyzed. This paper verifies the ability of ultrasonic guided wave with longitudinal mode to detect the pressure piping and provides the basis of signal analysis for the on-site detection.
