为适应国家建设,达到国家对创新型人才的需求,打造"以育人为根本,以兴趣为驱动,以知识为中心,以能力为目标"的培养模式,文章探讨了针对自动化专业的特点,以培养学生的工程创新能力为核心的一系列教育教学改革方法,教学改革包括人才培养方案的修订、教学内容和教学方式的改革以及创新实践活动的加强等。

In order to meet the demand for creative talents for national construction, create training mode based on＂education as a fundamental, interest as drive, with knowledge as the center, aiming at ability＂, this paper discusses a series of educational and teaching reform methods, which is according to the characteristics of the automation major and the core of developing the students＇ ability of engineering innovation. The reform of teaching includes the revision of talent training programs, the reform of teaching contents and teaching methods, and the strengthening of innovative practice activities.
