摘要
目的:探讨思维导图在供应室护生入科指导中的作用。方法:选取在供应室实习的136名护生,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各68人,对照组由总带教常规入科指导,观察组运用自行设计的思维导图进行入科指导。由总带教在工作纪律、环境、时间、内容、实习目标、考核要求等方面进行全方位指导。结果:观察组护生出科考核成绩与对入科指导的评价均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用思维导图进行入科指导能提高供应室护生的实习质量,充分调动护生的实习积极性。
Objective: To explore the role of mind map in the entrance guidance of nursing students practicing in central supply department. Methods: 136 students of nursing practice in the supply department are chosen randomized randomizes to control group and observation group, 68 people meach group, while the control group was treated with the traditional guidance method, the observation group was performed with the self-designed guide map on the first day, included the environment, work discipline, work time, work content, practice target, assessment requirements etc. Results: The examination score in the observation group is significantly higher than the control group(P0.01).And the guidance of evaluation in the observation group is also better than the control group. Conclusion: The application of mind map to entrance guidance of nursing students is benifical to improve their practice effect.
