摘要
通过对微型红外激光条码扫描片上系统模块中模拟信号自动增益控制电路部分设计流程的详细描述,给出了适用于低噪声模拟信号的自动增益控制系统设计方法。其主要难点是使多个低噪声高性能运算放大器与其他模块驱动电路的集成过程中能保持良好的性能参数,实现具有低噪声、高增益并支持自动增益控制的高性能处理,优点是参数好、抗干扰能力强、成本低廉,性能可靠。本文对集成电路原理图设计、版图设计、仿真分析、集成电路工艺选择等整个设计流程进行了详细介绍。
This paper renders solutions to the automatic gain control system for low noises analog signals by detailing the design process on the analog signal automatic gain control circuit applied in the SOC chip of micro infra-red laser barcode scanners. The essential part of this paper is how to integrate the several high performances of op-amplifiers with other module drive circuit and simultaneously maintain the low noises with high performances and cooperating functionally with automatic gain control system. Furthermore,all the design process of integrated circuit about schematic design, layout, simulation analysis and the way to select the integrated circuit process are introduced in detail in this paper.
