摘要
内啮合齿轮泵是一种采用内啮合齿轮副传动的高效、低噪、有较高自吸性能的齿轮泵,广泛用于各类液压传动系统,特别是在传递某些粘性大、腐蚀性强的特殊流体领域具有不可替代性。针对一副具有渐开线齿廓直齿内啮合齿轮泵,推导了齿轮副的参数化瞬时流量公式,根据传递齿廓间是否存在齿侧间隙,由传动工作原理,分析其啮合过程,得到包含有重合度系数的理论精确排量的计算公式。以实例计算比较了排量公式随重合度系数的变化,结果表明具有齿侧间隙的排量更大。理论排量的精确计算对于设计制造精确流量的内啮合齿轮泵及侧板卸荷槽的设计具有极为重要的参考价值。
Internal gear pump has higher volume efficiency, lower noise and higher self absorption performance, which is widely used in all kinds of hydraulic transmission system, especially cannot be replaced in the fluid field of bigger and stronger in viscous corrosion. Instantaneous flow rate formula of the gear parameter is deduced according to a pair of involutes spur gear with internal gear pump. According to whether there is a tooth side gap between the transfer tooth profiles and driving principle, gear meshing process is analyzed and the formula about internal gear pump displacement theory is obtained. A concrete example is given to compare the variation of the displacement formula with the coefficient of coincidence, and the result shows that the displacement of the tooth side gap is greater. The accurate calculation of theoretical displacement is of great reference value for the design and manufacture of internal gear pump with accurate flow rate and side plate unloading slot.
