美丽中国建设视域下水文化遗产的价值体现与保护利用

The Value Representation, Protection and Utilization of Water Cultural Heritage Under the Vision of Beautiful China

水文化遗产是中华民族先民在漫长的认识水、利用水和治理水的过程中形成的伟大创造,不仅是中华民族悠久历史的重要见证,还凝聚着中华民族的聪明智慧、镌刻着伟大的民族精神,对现阶段"美丽中国"的构建发挥着重要作用。文章通过对水文化遗产概念和分类的梳理,探讨了我国水文化遗产的特征及其在"美丽中国"建设视域下的价值体现,并在此基础上,提出了水文化遗产保护利用的对策,以期为我国水文化遗产的保护利用和"美丽中国"的构建提供参考借鉴。

Water Culture Heritage is a great creation created by the ancestors of the Chinese nation in the long process of water recognition,water use and water management, and it is an important testimony of the long history of the Chinese nation. Engraved with the great national spirit, it also embodies the wisdom of the Chinese nation, playing an important role in the construction of ＂Beautiful China＂ at the present stage. Based on the review of the concept and classification of Water Cultural Heritage, this paper explores the characteristics of Water Cultural Heritage and its value under the vision of ＂beautiful China＂. On this basis, it puts forward some countermeasures for the protection and utilization of Water Cultural Heritage in order to provide reference for the protection and utilization of China＇s Water Cultural Heritage and the construction of ＂Beautiful China＂.
