The traditional management thoughts are embodied in the Zhuang people＇s life, particularly manifesting themselves in poems,stories, legends and folk literature. The thoughts illustrate the Zhuang people＇s enterprise in management thoughts, the primacy of the collective organization and democratic leadership theory.
