高校师范生顶岗实习安全保障运行机制的构建

The Construction of Security Safeguard Mechanism for Normal College Students' Internship

师范生顶岗实习是高校人才培养中的重要一环,而顶岗实习安全则事关高校人才培养的顺利实施和学校安全稳定大局。当前,师范生顶岗实习面临安全定位不准确、安全主体权责不清与保障不力、安全教育实效性不高、安全管理运行机制不畅等困境,需从完善顶岗实习安全政策制度体系、构建多方参与的实习安全保障机制、建立顶岗前后一体化的安全教育体系、健全顶岗实习安全运行机制、建立实习责任保险工作机制等五方面构建师范生顶岗实习安全保障运行机制。

The internship of normal college students is construed as an important part in the cultivation of talents in universities. Besides,the security of the internship is concerned with the school security and stability as well as the implementation of talents training program.At present, the students＇ internship is confronted with series of problems, such as inaccurate security goals, unclear liabilities on the part of relevant organizations, ineffective security education and inefficient operation mechanism of safety management. Therefore, it is suggested that the construction of security mechanism for normal college students＇ internship should be based on the following five aspects： the improvement of security policy systems, the perfection of safeguard mechanism, the establishment of integrated safety education system, the enhancement of the operation mechanism, and the building of insurance mechanism.
