存量背景下对工业遗产保护利用的探析--以宁波甬江北岸大庆北路段城市设计为例

曾几何时,那些曾标志着人类文明和骄傲的巨大厂房与机器,在岁月无情的侵蚀下变得黯淡无光,成为"老旧"、"过时"的代名词。那些陪伴城市、见证历史的工业遗存,或默默掩藏在华丽高楼的阴影里,或凄凉的与城中村为伴,或被遗弃成为流浪者才肯光顾的废墟,他们被看做城市疮疤,渐渐在推土机下被夷为平地。存量时代的到来,土地紧约束的形势倒逼土地集约利用,工业遗产的保护与利用得到前所未有的珍视,那些在过去平平常常的工厂逐渐转身从历史包袱变成了文化财富。以宁波甬江北岸大庆北路段城市设计为例,探索工业遗产保护利用的方法、措施与功能。

It was not long before huge factories and machines which represented human civilization and pride became intense darkness without light and became a byword for “old” and “out of fashion”. Some of these industrial remains of accompanying city and witnessing history were shrouded in the darkness of magnificent buildings silently, some of them kept company with villages in city forlornly, and some of them are abandoned and became ruins where vagrants would visit. They were deemed as scars in the city and razed to the ground by bulldozers gradually. With the coming of stock era, the compact constraint of land forced intensive land use. The protection and utilization of industrial heritages were cherished unprecedentedly. Those ordinary factories gradually changed from historical burden to cultural wealth. Taking the city design in section of North Daqing Road, North Yongjiang Bank, Ningbo as an example, the article explored the methods, measures and functions of protection and utilization of industrial heritages.
