小学数学新手型教师与经验型教师TPMK的比较研究

摘要 整合技术的数学教学知识(TPMK)是数学教师使用信息技术进行有效教学的基础,基于TPMK框架对J市8所小学的170位新手型教师和经验型教师进行了对比研究,研究发现:当加入技术元素后,小学数学新手型教师在技术知识(TK)维度和整合技术的教学知识(TPK)维度都显著高于经验型教师,经过相关讨论及分析,提出提升小学数学教师整合技术的数学教学知识(TPMK)的建议。 TPMK is the foundation for math teachers to apply information technology to teaching.Based on the framework of TPMK,this paper studies 181 new teachers and experienced teachers from 8 primary schools in J city.It is found that the new teachers had higher TK and TPK than the experienced teachers after adding technology elements.Through correlated discussion and analysis,this paper provides suggestions for enhancing math teachers' TPMK of primary schools.
