摘要 目的研究麦冬中的化学成分,并建立其分离鉴定方法。方法从麦冬70%乙醇提取物中,用Sp825大孔吸附树脂、ODS-C18等柱色谱分离,鉴定所得化合物。结果共分离出5种化合物,通过波谱分析及理化数据测定等手段全部鉴定出其结构,分别为4-烯丙基-1,2-苯二酚1-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,龙脑7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,(22S)-5-烯-1β,3β,16β,22-胆甾四醇-1-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-16-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,甲基麦冬黄烷酮A,甲基麦冬黄烷酮B。结论该方法分离效果佳,所得化合物可准确鉴定。今后可进一步对上述5种成分进行研究,使麦冬在临床发挥更大作用。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Ophiopogon japonicus and establish a method of isolation and identification.Methods The chemical compounds were separated by Sp825 macroporous adsorption resin and ODS-C18 chromatographic column from70% ethanol extract of Ophiopogon japonicus,and then they were identified. Results With spectroscopic analysis and physical-chemical data determination methods,5 compounds were identified as 3,4-dihydroxy-allylbenzene 4-O-[ α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→6) ]-β-D-glucopyranoside,borneol 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,(22 S)-cholest-5-ene-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol-1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-16-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,methyophiopogonanone A,methyophiopogonanone B. Conclusion The method has good separation effect,and the compounds can be identified accurately. In the future,the above 5 compounds can be further studied in order to help Ophiopogon japonicus play a greater role in clinical.
