目的探讨5S管理法在配置中心药品管理中的应用,改善药品存储区域的作业面积和空间,提高药品管理水平和工作效率,减少差错,保障患者用药安全。方法运用5S管理法对药品和物品进行分类、定位、标示,建立监督机制,培养工作人员良好的工作习惯。结果改善了药品储存环境,增加了药品储存区域的作业面积和空间,提高了工作效率和质量。结论 5S管理法运用于药物配置中心的药品管理,可有效改善药品存储区域的管理环境,降低药品库存,提高工作效率和质量。

Objective To investigate the application of 5S method in drug management in PIVAS,improve the area and space of drug storage area,improve the drug administration level and work efficiency,reduce errors so as to ensure the safety of medication.Methods The 5S management method was used to classify,locate and mark the drugs and articles,in order to establish the supervision mechanism and cultivate the good working habits of the staffs. Results The environment of drug storage was improved,the operating area and space of the drug storage area was increased,the efficiency and quality of the work was improved. Conclusion The application of 5S method in drug management in PIVAS can improve the area and space of drug storage area,reduce drug inventory,and improve work efficiency and quality.
