摘要
目的了解溶菌酶研发领域的现状,为该领域内企业的研发方向提供思路建议。方法以层次分析法综合多个指标构建成核心专利判别指标体系,并对核心专利进行挖掘,分析溶菌酶研究领域的核心专利、研发现状、发展阶段和专利分布情况,并从专利发展现状的角度提出创新研发建议。结果与结论有一定研发实力的企业应集中于人溶菌酶的专利布局,而研发实力较弱的企业应集中于小品种(如柞蚕溶菌酶、G型溶菌酶等)的研发。
Objective To understand the current situation of research and development of lysozyme,and provide some ideas and suggestions for the development direction of enterprises in this field. Methods The discriminant index system of core patent was eastablished by the analytic hierarchy process( AHP),and the core patent was excavated. The core patents,research and development status,development stages and patent distribution in the research field of lysozyme were analyzed,and suggestions for innovation and development were put forward from the perspective of the current status of patent development. Results and Conclusion Enterprises with certain research and development strength should focus on the patent layout of human lysozyme, while enterprises with weaker research and development strength should focus on the research and development of small varieties( such as antheraea pernyi lysozyme,G-type lysozyme,etc.).
