四川威远区块页岩气水平井产量差异分析 被引量:19

摘要 为明确不同水平井对页岩气产量的影响因素,从而实现页岩气压裂水平井的产量最大化,依托威远地区39口井地质、压裂及生产资料,通过模糊因子评判和灰色关联分析方法,研究测试产量与14个影响因素的对应关系,明晰了各个因素对产量的影响程度。研究结果表明:影响压裂水平井页岩气产量因素主要包括地质因素和工程因素两个方面。造成产量差异的地质因素按影响程度大小排序依次为龙一_1~1层钻遇率、含气量、脆性指数等,工程因素则依次为改造长度、加砂强度、加砂量等。 To realize the maximization of the production of shale gas horizontal fracturing wells and specify the different factors which influence the production of shale gas horizontal wells,the geological data,fracturing data and production data of 39 Wells of Weiyuan block were used to study the corresponding relation between the test production and tweleve influencing factors by the method of fuzzy factor and gray correlation. The influence of various factors on the yield was analyzed It was found. That the factors affect the production of shale gas horizontal fracturing wells mainly include geological conditions and engineering factors. The geological factors that affect production according to the influence degree of order include drilling ratio of stratum ‘Long_1~1',TOC,GR,BI and effective porosity. The most important one of the engineering factors is fractured length,followed by sand proportion,amount of sand,sand fluid ratio and pump pressure in that order.
