元上都遗址的遗产价值与管理策略研究

Researches on the Heritage Values and Management Strategies for the Site of Xanadu

元上都是蒙元帝国的都城之一,其遗址位于内蒙古锡林郭勒盟境内,已成功入选世界遗产,具有显著的突出普遍价值,遗产由城址本体、周边墓葬、自然环境和人文环境构成。对于其价值的研究,今后的工作应当集中在对遗产要素的定名、科学表述遗产价值、开展考古工作以及与其他世界遗产的对比分析等方面。同时,元上都遗址保护管理体系的总体架构中仍存在着一些问题,应明确管理系统的具体工作职责,加强元上都各类遗产的管理。

The Xanadu was one of the capitals of Mongolian Empire,and the Site of Xanadu is located in Xilin Gol League,one of the Inner Mongolia autonomous regions,which has been nominated as the world heritage and it consists of walled city,tombs,natural environment and cultural environment. As for the research values of the Site of Xanadu,more work should be focus on naming the important elements of the heritage,scientifically expressing the heritage values,carrying out the archaeological work and analytically contrastingly with other world heritages etc.. Meanwhile,some problems still exist in the overall architecture for the system of protection and management,and the detailed responsibility of the management should be cleared and the management for the heritage should be strengthened.
