Nd:Yag激光和咀嚼肌神经封闭治疗颞下颌关节痛的临床观察

Clinical study on efficacy evaluation of Nd:Yag laser therapy and masticatory muscle nerve sealing for temporomandibular joint pain

目的评估Nd:Yag激光和咀嚼肌神经封闭治疗颞下颌关节痛的临床效果。方法回顾性研究颞下颌关节痛患者120例,随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组各40例。A组给予Nd:Yag激光治疗,B组给予维生素B12加利多卡因咀嚼肌神经封闭,C组给予口服非甾体抗炎药治疗。治疗后2周行疗效评估。结果 A、B两组疗效均显著优于C组(P<0.05)。结论 Nd:Yag激光和咀嚼肌神经封闭治疗颞下颌关节痛临床疗效优于传统口服药物治疗。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Nd： Yag laser therapy and masticatory muscle nerve sealing for remission of temporomandibular joint（ TMJ） pain. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with TMJ pain were randomly assigned to group A（ n = 40）,group B（ n = 40） and group C（ n = 40）. Patients in group A were given with Nd： Yag laser therapy. Patients in group B were given with injection of vitamin B12 plus lidocaine for sealing masticatory muscle nerve treatment. Patients in group C were given with NSAID for treatment. Pain and function of TMJ were measured after the treatment for 2 weeks. Results The curative effect of patients in groups A and B was significantly better than that of patients in group C（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The curative effect of Nd： Yag laser therapy and masticatory muscle nerve sealing for treatment of TMJ pain is better than that of treatment with traditional medicine.
